Spiritual Spiritual by B-Tribe

This is not the B-Tribe I remember. This is totally new and wonderful. A journey to the heart that flows with angelic vocals and lush magical instrumental bliss. While this album keeps B-Tribe's flamenco guitar, it is so much more. This album can melt away stress and set a mood for spirit and romance. This album has 12 tracks of mostly instrumental music with perfectly blended female chorus throughout and other vocals on the last track. The soundscape is a blend of guitar, synthesizer, percussion, strings and brass that fill the complete audio spectrum from well placed deep bass to dreamy highs. My favorite track is number 7, Es Vedra. It dances along with exquisite pauses that draw the listener deep into the emotion of the music. I recommend this album for quiet moments, bodywork and healing or even meditation.

Sanctum Sanctuorum by Constance Demby

Music from the heavenly realms of angels is the best description I can think of for this album. Constance Demby has created another magnificent collection of sacred space music. I love to drift off into the tranquil bliss of this music. This music is a distinct aid for finding the beauty of one's inner self.

The music is composed from state-of-the-art electronic keyboards that produce a lush and expansive musical environment. This is an outstanding album for doing body work. I use Constance Demby's music for bodywork sessions more often than anything else. If you already have some of her music in your collection, then recommend this album as a splendid compliment. If not, then here is a wonderful introduction to enhance your new age music library.

Moroccan Spirit by The Brave

This is a live album of a concert that I surely wish I attended. I closed my eyes and was transported to a place of deep inner vision. I can hardly imagine where I would have gone if I was actually there in person. The Eastern instruments, vocals and rhythms are deliciously memorizing. I wanted the CD to play forever so I could just stay in that wonderful atmosphere in my mind.

This is music for quietly going within. The album consists of eight long tracks ranging from seven and a half to thirteen and a half minutes. The two musicians play a variety of instruments, including bells, sitar, cello, electric bass, live loops and vocals. The richness created is incredible. I will surely seek a live performance by this duo. Until then, I will float on the album.
