Balance is the keyword this fall. The Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter will all spend time in the sign of Libra. Libra, represented by the scales is the sign of balance and we should all bear in mind both the balance of things in our personal life as well as our part in the greater whole of our society and world. There are times when the future seems to unfold in a sudden rush. Opportunities are presented, change becomes a reality and the wonderous possibilities of life are there for the chosing. This is a time of shifting balance, a time to make choices that will determine the very course of your life.
Venus, the planet of love will be in Virgo until October 30th when it moves into Libra. On November 23 it moves again, this time into Scorpio. Virgo is an earth sign and tends toward the conservative side of life. The movement into Libra will stabalize relationships that have been "on the edge" for a while. Be sure that you are where you want to be in the early part of October because things start to become solid after Halloween. Try a romantic getaway in November to rekindle the flames. This will also help alleivate any hot and cold signals that seem to be sparking between you and your loved one.
Dynamic Mars will be in Libra until November 12th when it moves into Scorpio. Mars in Libra can be quite challenging, Libra is calm in nature and strives for balance in all things. Mars on the other hand is aggressive and forceful. Be aware to direct those energies towards acheiving balance in your life during this time and stress levels will be much lower. The Mars presence in Scorpio will be a dramatic shift and the focus will turn towards romantic endevors.
Jupiter spends all of October and November in the sign of Libra. This brings both a sense of balance and expansion to those with their Sun in Libra. In general, this is a positive time for relationships, especially romantic ones. You can expect new levels of commitment and communication from your partner as long as you are willing to explore your connection.
A Neptune Jupiter trine in October will offer an expansion in consciousness and bodes well for businesses with an alternative nature. October is also an excellent time to explore on a personal level with journaling, art or other similar self directed therapies.
Saturn continues its journey in Cancer. This is of course having a dynamic effect on our country since the U.S. natal sun is in Cancer. Although Saturn has already passed directly over the U.S. sun, the repercussions are still being felt. The November elections will certainly be influenced by the Saturn transit and the still changing attitudes of the country. This is a much more important election than most people realize. It is important to realize that two drastically different paths are being presented to our country at this time.
Saturn will also square both Venus and Mars during November. This will effect personal relationships and produce a feeling of unease and insecurity. Try to temper yourself and realize that those around you may be acting irrationally at this time.
A Uranus Mars trine in November will bring a period of high energy and unexpected situations. Uranus energy is often erratic and unpredictible. However, since a trine is a positive interaction between the planets, unexpected situations can prove very benefical.
Has could be expected, there is a risk of terrorist attacks during the fall election.
Other areas at high risk of terrorist attacks include coastal cities, shipping and other water related locations and activities. We will also experience an early winter in many areas of the country, so be prepared to start dressing in warm clothing early this fall.
Neptune is still in the sign of Aquarius. This outer planet is connected to psychic abilities and it's placement in Aquarius is opening many people to deeper levels of their natural intuitive skills. Neptune will trine Jupiter in October and this is a good period to explore metaphysical topics such has psychic development and energetic healing. Neptune will square both Venus and Mars in November. This may produce some confusion in family situations and add to the tension that many experience around the holidays.
Pluto continues its long journey through the sign of Saggitarius. There will be continued disruptions in the world of sports. Pluto, the lord of the underworld has dug up the darker side of sports and atheletic stars over the past few years. Unfortunately, this trend is not yet complete.
Like it or not, everyone eventually has to choose between the light and the dark. It is important that your choice is a consciouss one. Has the currents shift, you will find that it is time to strike a new balance in your life and that now is the time for just such a choice. It is simple to hide in a shell and pretend that you can refuse to participate, but remember, this very action is your choice of direction. By non-action what and who are you supporting? Real courage comes in stepping forward, supporting light workers and doing your part in the unfolding future of our planet.
