Watermark

Why You Should Put This Music in Your Collection

Enya is a voice of the Etherial and Watermark is her best collection. Released in 1989, Watermark contains beautiful storytelling with rhythm and melodies that flow with Enya's beautiful voice. Her work, original at the time, blended Celtic harmonies and sounds into New Age tapestry that reamins unparralled by other works in the same genre.

Her storytelling is deeply moving and personally revealing. If her voice and her songs connect with you, they will do so at a soul level.

"Strange how my heart beats
To find myself upon your shore.
Strange how I still feel
My loss of comfort gone before
Cool waves wash over
and drift away with dreams of youth
so time is stolen
I cannot hold you long enough."
